is it possible to setup shipping charges for diff rates for diff products & states?

if i use zen-cart in conjunction with Authorize.net, is it possible to setup shipping charges so that I can charge different rates for different products in different states?

For instance:
Product A
Shipping charge to PA = $5
Shipping charge to NJ = $10

Product B
Shipping charge to PA = $10
Shipping charge to NJ = $15

Your shipping modules can be controlled separately from your Payment Modules based on the shipping address ...

What shipping methods are you using?

Fedex is the shipping method. So this can be done???

FedEx is giving real time quotes based on weight based on ship from and ship to address ...

If there is a difference in charges that would automatically be reflected in the quotes ...

To add more per product per destination, you would either have to customize FedEx further or change your shipping method ... and even then it could get complicated to do this per Product per state ...

Are you needing more of a Handling charge difference based on Zone or actual Product charge change per Product per state?

Actual shipping charge. The problem is there are multiple packages of different size and weight per product. There are not that many products (around 15 or so). If I could simply somewhere enter a product code and then a shipping price per state for each code (I know the total cost for each product for each state) I could do it that way rather than having something try and calculate it.
