New template doesnt show in tools

I've made a new template and it works just fine on my server.
But now i have to put it to my customer's server.
I just copied this my_template folder, as i always do to the client's server, but it doesnt appear in tools.
What's wrong? I'm sure i did everything correctly, cause it does work in my zen cart.

does it have a template_info.php file??

but of course it does!
i tell you, i did it on my server, it's absolutely ok!
now i just copy this folder to his server, to /myclient'ssite.com/includes/templates, but it doesnt appear in Tools!

I've also come across this problem on a particular server. I can manually select the template in the database and it works fine but the Tools > Template Selection page does not recognize it.

What should we be looking for to resolve this?

1. template_info.php in includes/templates/CUSTOM/
2. TEMPLATES path correct in admin/includes/configure.php
3. ?
4. ?
   Any help appreciated - this is really bugging me :frusty:
