Screwed something up

Yeah it just keeps taking me back to the error page. What else should I try?

I do see this on the Upgrade Database page (the one in bold is truned off and isn't checked green like the others.... could this be a reason???):

I do see in the database_upgrade.php file in zc_install, they define "Skip Updates" as "Done with Updates."

in my zen>includes>version.php file it still shows 1.3.8 :yuck:
