restore deleted category

Hello dears,

I just deleted one of my category and its products accidentally.
Assuming my host did keep a backup copy for me.

What should i do now? which database i have to export and import?

HELP ME!

If you have a database backup from before you deleted this then you use tools provided by your host to import it into the correct database
