Customer approved auto email ?

If the cart setting is that a new customer who has applied must be approved by admin to be able to purchase does the system auto send an email to customer AFTER the admin approved that customer ?

I see no setting or function when admin approves a new customer to only then send email to inform customer he may now go back to cart and login
