Why not opening Layout Boxes Controller from Tools menu under the Admin area?

Hi, i installed zen cart, the link is here. In admin section when i try to go Tools > Layout Boxes Controller, its just showing connecting with the page, but never comes. What i should to do? Please help.

NB. If i post it in wrong section, am sorry, am new in here. :oops:
