Problem with ascii character
Hello, in every each product description I put bullet character and I detail the product, and I did backup to my database but when I am restore my backup to my new zencart everything is just fine besides the product description I got instead of bullets I got question mark.
and also I put my Hebrew description and all the sudden the system put instead of the Hebrew description an English description.
can someone please tell me how can I resolve those 2 problems?
