.htaccess appears in installation folders

Hi,
I had a problem connecting to the zc_install/index.php after uploading and was told to remove the .htaccess file by my host.
I was able then to install.
I've noticed that a .htaccess file has been placed in all folders, will this cause further issues, should I delete or leave the file. :bigups:

They are there for security reasons...

What type of server are you on?
Your host should know if they allow them or not
