No Paypal IPN when country is not netherlands

Hello Guys,

I have a a weird problem. Paypal only works when a customer is located in the netherlands. If a other country is selected the payments methode is not presented and the customer is thrown back to the shipping selection screen.

Paypal IPN is cofigured without any zone. So it should be presented to any country.

I have been searching for hours now but i cannot figure it out why it is not working.

If country is the netherlands. I get two methods IDeal and PayPal IPN.

But if country is any other i get nothing.

I do not get any payment methode

I found the problem. A copy of the table.php was blocking the process.

I made a new instance of the table.php modified it again and now it works again.
