I get a blank page when I input an incorrect credit card number

Hi there,

I'm using the latest version of zencart, plus I have ceon's manual credit card mod + fast & easy checkout installed.

When I try to place a test order and input the wrong credit card number or an invalid cvv number instead of giving me an error message I instead just get a blank page.

I don't know enough to figure out whats going wrong. I've been playing about with it for hours now just hitting dead ends.

Have you looked in the /cache folder to see what the error logs have to say ?

hi there, thanks for the response. I looked at my cache and there only seem to be a couple of files in there. two of them say there's a parse error in: includes\templates\template_default\templates\tpl_product_info_display.php on line 70 but that's not where the problem is occurring. And I don't see what the problem is in there anyway.

and the other two only have: installerConfigKeys|a:1:{s:8:"language";s:7:"english";}logfilename|s:27:"Nov-12-2010_02-09-37-DBDf9E";installerConfigInfo|a:0:{}

in them... and I have a notion what it means.

Is there anything else I could try?

You're likely using an old version of that module, which triggers a spambot filter when it returns error messages. The newer version of the module should work more correctly. The issues are discussed in that module's support thread. Upgrading the module is the simplest fix.

I should also point out that when I get my blank page there doesn't seem to be a new error file being made, and my cache is definately writable
