Admin emails will not send anything

Hey how is everyone, my problem is that the emails from my admin are not working, this is for all three of my sites. When I try to send an email from my admin to a customer i get the following message:

Notice: FAILED to send Email to all recipients: (whatever email i try to send it to is written here) (0)

Please help!

Sounds like something changed on your server, assuming you were able to send emails before. I'd ask your hosting company.

I was able to send a few emails but nothing sends in HMTL. I don't understand this because when someone signs up for my website they receive the welcome email, they receive it as HTML with no problems.
