How to send newsletter in HTML?

Yesterday I sent a newsletter to my customers. I edited in HTML mode and the preview showed its html format. But when my own test account received that newsletter, everything is in simple text, no image, no link.

Did I miss anything or the newsletter can only sent in simple text format?

my site is https://www.best4future.com

You mean "Use MIME HTML When Sending Emails?"

Yes, I already set to "True", but still come out as plain text....
