zone rate not showing up

zone rate not showing up

Hi I just upgraded from 1.3.x to 1.3.9.f

My shipping is setup as zone rates but on check out, nothing shows up. I also can't see the 'change adress' button, but that's probably the template, I use mostlygrey.

I attach a screenshot of my admin settings and the customer view. Am I missing a setting somewhere? the customers country is set as Uk, and UK should be 0£ + 3£ handing, buut it says no shipping is set for this country.

changed UK to GB and that sorted it out incase others have the same problem
