Invoice not displaying address

I upgraded from v1.3.9g to v1.3.9h last night.
Today, when i open the Invoice or if I click the edit function at the order, the addresses are not displayed at all. Neither the address nor the shipping address.

I also checked orders which i sent out yesterday which i know had the addresses and they also do not display the addresses.

The addresses are with the user info but the Invoice and the order Edit does not display them.

I reloaded admin/includes/invoice.php but the problem is the same, is there any other files I can reload?

I see also on the packing slip there is no address.

I do have PHP 5.1.6 on my server BUT I did all the changes as described in that post but sadly it did not fix my problem.

Also having the same issue. I followed the instructions in the PHP Workaround, and it solved my issue of having product descriptions disappear while editing them, but all of my orders are full of white space.

Telephone, E-Mail, and IP address display, but nothing else. Any suggestions?

List of addons you've got installed?
Zen Cart version? and upgrade history?
PHP Version?

A few months ago I had done a full upgrade 1.2.5 to 1.3.9b, everything was in good working order.
Then two weeks ago I upgraded from 1.3.9b to 1.3.9h, and thats when these issues started up. I had overlooked them originally until seeing the orders were not displaying any information.

There are no addons installed that I am aware of, it has been a long time since this store was initially installed, but I am quite sure it is a stock store with cosmetic changes. I cannot find any addons that are installed.

PHP version is 4.4.9
SQL - 5.1.40

Thanx DrByte, I upgraded to the latest PHP version and all are working fine now.
