JS_NICK error: How can I chage info in Customer Form?
One of the customers want to unsubscribe from the newsletter. So I went to Customers->Customers and click her name on the list and put "unsubscribe" from the drop-down list. But when I click the update button, an error message poped up:
"Errors have occured during the processing of your form! Please make the following corrections:
JS_NICK"
I don't know what "JS_NICK" is so I had to click "cancel". I tried on other customers, the same "JS_NICK" error poped up.
How can change the information in customer form? What is this "JS_NICK" error come from?
