2 page URL in category issue with Simple SEO URL Manager

The support thread for SSUM hasn't had an update since October so I though I'd post here as well just in case someone else had the same issue. I couldn't delete the first posting. :{

Ok, I've noticed with SSU that the URL for the 1st page in a category shows the clean URL Alias but if I go to pages 2, 3, 4, etc it doesn't show the Alias. I've even tried going into the Alias manager and taking the old URL and tried to created a new Alias and it still didn't take. Could it be a setting within my SSU Admin?

Here's an example:
First page in category: http://www.a n d r e a b o n e l l i.com/earrings
Second page in same category: http://www.a n d r e a b o n e l l i.com/earrings?sort=20a&page=2

I tried to change the URL in the Alias manager to show:
/earrings-page-2/

and this didn't take..

What could I do to change all of the extra pages in all of my categories to show a new Alias?
