Change color of background page checkout

First post, I am trying to determine how I can change the color of the background on the checkout where the customer enters their information to create an account and proceed to checkout. The font is white next to the fill in boxes and the page is white...so customer can't see title of fill in boxes. I am lost....this was sort of thrown in my lap....any help appreciated...I would like to change the color on the different product page backgrounds as well...Please help if you can as potential customer' can't enter in information.

A link to your site, please.

Thanks....before it went down last week, the background pages were a gray color....even on the homepage...as well as I had our logo there as well....Thanks for any input!

One additional thing that I just noticed. On the top left corner of each page was my logo and tag line under. It is not visible at this time for some reason? But, I can click on it and it is on the upper left corner, but can't see it...Someone else was supposed to have fixed these issues for us, but did not complete..so, trying to get some issues fixed now and not wait until Friday or worst case scenario Monday! Thanks again!

In your stylesheet_custom.css on line 49

you have

#contentMainWrapper {
background:url("../images/index_03_02.jpg") repeat-y scroll 0 0 #FFFFFE;
color:#FFFFFF;
height:439px;
width:1000px;

Change the color:#FFFFFF; to something other than white :)

The best way to test this out is use firebug extension in Firefox. This will allow you to see what part of the css is affecting what part of the pages. It will also tell you where to edit it on the stylesheet.

Hope that helps :)
