Maximum Package Weight You Will Ship - Maximum?

Hi All,

My Store > Shipping/Packaging > Enter the Maximum Package Weight You Will Ship

Is there a maximum value for this?

We have a store set up where al weights for product are actually in grams (rather than lbs or kg).

Zone Rates appears to work for items low in weight, but any order with a weight over 1000 results in:

Zone Rates (The shipping rate cannot be determined at this time)

I have 100000 set in 'Enter the Maximum Package Weight You Will Ship' but I'm wondering if this value is somehow capped at 1000?

Most likely what you have done is set your Maximum Weight to 100000 but then only defined your Zone Rates to 1000 ...

Had your Maximum Weight been set to 1000, it would have broken the charges into "boxes" up to 1000 ...

Had you defined your Zone Rates to 100000 or set an ending value to go to 100000 it would have used that rate ...
