Attributes have gone from product page

We are using version 1.3.9.G we have products that use attributes e.g size and colour. All have been working fine until the other day when we uploaded a product with about 5 sizes to it when we went to check on live site all atributes to all products are now missing from product pages see example here http://stepnout-instyle.com/catalogue/index.php?main_page=product_info&cPath=16_25&products_id=25. everything seems to be ok in the admin side, and size is there when added to cart, problem is customer cannot select size only the first size in line is put into cart. are you running an older version of php than php 5.2.3 on this site? :unsure:

PHP version is 5.2.13 only stoppedd showing up the other day. Before i added another product they were all working fine???

What happens if you switch to the Classic template does it fix it?

yes they seem to show up just inserted a new product with just one size switched to clasic and it shows up. How can i get this to work again on my custom template

You need to compare your custom templates and overrides with the default files ...

Sounds like something has been removed or commented out and is blocking them from showing in your custom template ...

I am seeing the attributes on the page, does this mean that you have fixed it? If so, what was the solution? :unsure:

Hi I have just been to our web site and attributes are still not there, they are there when i change to classic template, which product did you see them on. Also where is good place to start looking to correct what ever has gone wrong, i have looking everywhere i can think off, but can not see anything different. Any extra help on where it may be would be great. Site is back to our custom template at the moment.
