Fresh install - won't display Admin

Hello all,

After creating the new DB and installing a fresh copy of Zen 1.3.9h I cannot get to the admin log in page. I get the "System Setup Required" page. (I have done the install twice by the way and I do get the tables populated in my DB!)

So here's my question, If the information inputted during the install populated the DB shouldn't it also work for the Admin/includes/config.php and the includes/config.php (I am making the assumption that this is where the problem is)

I also renamed the Admin folder and changed it to match in the "admin/Includes/config folder"

The hair loss is becoming quite apparent ;-)

Addenum:

I ran the debug and checked the log and I get-

What you listed as a "related issue" was a completely different issue. If the rules mean that as long as I am working on something even if it is a different issue that it must be in the same thread then ok.

No problem, I am just a little bald now trying to figure this out!

Anyway, if anyone could take a look to point me in the right direction here is the issue.

Using 1.3.8a there was a server upgrade to PHP 5.3 and after installing the patch and the upgrade several issues occurred all of which I believe are now solved. The last issue occurs when I click on a product link to go to the actual product page the image does not appear and I do not know where to look. I did run a "image_popup" search in the developer tools but do not see anything commented out.

The template is Atheme 1.3

Check that the images exist and are not corrupt

I am probably in the wrong area. but I have an update to 1.3.9h that I am doing, but somehow I deleted two files from the 1.3.9.h package.
I need only a
admin/classes/upload.php

and

admin/functions/general.php

Can someone send me a zip with just these two?
