Gradient Box Background Broken on Cart Page

Not really sure what happened or what I did - maybe it was resizing the left column? My gradient box headers are broken on the shopping cart page, anyone know how to resolve this?

To replicate go to

http://shop.xccellence.com and add something to the cart and look at the cart page. It's only happening on this page, please advise.
