How to center my google ads on footer?

I have a script of google ads,

and I want to center it on the footer of my main page. but it always align left....no matter what I do ...what file should I modify ?
the stylesheet.css or footer.php? and how?

Anybody knows about this?

Give it it's own div id like:

Then, in your stylesheet.css add:

#googleAds {text-align: center;}

That should do it.
