Strange characters in graph of banner manager and statistics

The png graphs in banner manager and banner statistics show strange characters in non-english language as photos attached.

I have translated language files (banner_manager.php and banner_statistic.php) work properly in title naming but not in png graph.

What can I do to correct this problem? Please help.
