Manipulating Middle Page Content

Hello All,

I want to manipulate the content in the middle of the product pages, but I was not able find the setting to do that. An example of what I want can be seen in the image below. Any help is appreciated. Thank you.

That's the New Product listing (though your template designer has apparently removed the heading). You can turn it off in Admin - Configuration - Index Listing - Show New Products on Main Page - Category with SubCategories
