googlebase, facebook like, manufacturer list sidebox, shortdescription, column to grid formatting, easy populate, FCKeditor, but even it i have installed it was working fine for months, then our webmaster installed SSL monday, in which it did not work, so we said to backtrack. when it backtracked this problem started.

What customizations have you made?

template monster plus some html and asp coding independent from the site. but even if, it was working fine, see answer above.

installing ssl then when orders start to come in, we are only receiving the authorize,net receipts and not the product order. not even showing up in the zen carts order page.

So, you're using Authnet SIM, but orders aren't being stored, and this all happened when your webmaster broke your site by installing SSL improperly.

It would seem that the right thing to do is fix whatever the hosting company did when breaking the domain when setting up SSL.

the authorize.net version is SIMAuthnet SIM redirects customers to the authnet site to enter their card details. To store the order, customers must be successfully returned to your site so that orders can be completed properly.
So, evidently that's not happening.
What's missing here is the details of exactly is happening.
When you place an order yourself, using your own credit card, what exactly happens after you click the "confirm" button on the checkout_confirmation screen of your website?
