Adjusting image size

I'm trying to make the two two images in the middle of the page larger. I went to Config/Images and tried adjusting every one, but nothing changed them. What do I do? Thanks.

The adjustment is in

Configuration >> Images >> Subcategory Image Width and Subcategory Image Height

You will likely have to clear your cache in your browser to see the changes. On a PC CNTRL + F5 will do a hard refresh.
