Description Title and Features Title with Bullet Points

How can I structure my product listing pages automatically have a "Description" title and a "Features" title with Bullet points. Currently I have to place HTML code in the product description listing, but it is a pain to do this every time I add a new product.

Here is my page without the format:

http://mercenarypb.com/index.php?main_page=product_info&cPath=6_122_151&products_id=829

And here is one with the format of my manual coding:

http://mercenarypb.com/index.php?main_page=product_info&cPath=1_12_167&products_id=756

I would like to have an option where this could be coded in CSS or something clean looking.
