Product desciption not shown correctly after upgrade

I have just upgraded my site from 1.3.7.1 tot 1.3.9H

After this upgrade everything works, accept that the products that where created in 1.3.7.1, show the complete html product desciption in de live store.

I`ve searched the forum, but only found solution that say upgrade to 1.3.9H which i dit :)

Could anybody help me?

the site https://www.deeenhoornsieraden.nl/shop is the original site.

as you will see the products shown in the upgraded site have php tekst in it.

That was an issue in 1.3.9g that was corrected in 1.3.9h

You may have missed a file(s) in your uphrade and I would look at any override files in folders named /pretty_in_pink/

You might also try opening/editing a product description and re-saving

Ive now installed a new site, imported the old database into a new one. Then ive installed the new website and chose upgrade.

After that the product description is not shown correctly.

Ive removed al the templates from the new installation. I cant find a file that is wrong.

Can somebody tell me where too look?

yes ive tried that, but that doesnt work.

I`ve upgraded the database again. but still the same problem.

I dit get an error message while importing the databse. There was an rule that wanted to create a new database with the same name as the old database. I removed that line an than it imported correctly.

I ran out of idees.

Then I would go back through your files and quadruple insure that yu have upgraded them all

A bone stock install does not have this issue

It is down for maintenance

As a stock install does not do this you have apparently missed something in the upgrade

What i will do later this evening is perform a clean install ant a new database upgrade. i wont install anything additional to the website and see what the result is then.

You might also check your DB table collation

Default ZenCart is latin_swedish_ci

If yours is not, there are a few threads about editing the install to match what yours is so that the upgrade DB functions correctly

ok. Ive just made an new database dump of the old site. ive imported this into a empty database. Uploaded the 1.3.9 data to my website in /1winkel.

Ive upgraded my database from 1.3.6 tot 1.3.7 then from 1.3.7 to 1.3.8 and then from 1.3.8 to 1.3.9 and then the installation wizard says im finished.

I go to my site and it still shows the html data in my product description.

maybe i`m doing something wrong while dumping my database?

i`ve checked the karakter settings and it is set to latin1_swedish_ci
