Can't add products

When I set up a product catagory that is fine, but when I try to add products to that catagory I get the following.

The requested URL /zen/(admin area hidden)/.php was not found on this server

Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

I don't know what happened, everything else is working fine on the cart

That's the part I don't know, when I hover over the button to add products it is trying to get something from the catagories.php script but when I click it it goes to the following url

this has not worked from install, can't seem to understand what page it is looking.

They will be in your /cache - - mydebug........

If your host provides you with cPanel then you can access the error logs from there, but cPanel also produces error logs in the folder where the error occurred and these can be accessed via FTP.

Log file was no help at all, says that my categories.php is file not found, but I know it is there

Try uploading the admin/categories.php file again. Sometimes FTP uploads either fail, are incomplete, or assign incorrect permissions (should be 644).

New install of v1.5 running on Linux Server
Can create catagories butwhen trying to add products to catagories. I get a message that the upload appears to be empty and is therefore not saved. preview appears fine. but when I try to insert the product I am getting the failure. http://bergernovelties.com/zen-cart-v150/

Can add categories with no problem. Product add works through Prevue. But when I try to inset the item I get.

And.... Does the problem still exist with the new install?

works on http://bergernovelties.us.cloudlogin.cc/zencart1501 site but not on the .biz site.
A friend said that it be caused by the site where I registered the .biz name on 7/17/2013
I changed the name servers ther to match what my hosting supplier specified. The .us is registered at the hosting company.
Also could use help installing ckeditor. I ftped it to the site but it does not show in the admin. Can't open the readme.md file for ckeditor.

Again, your latest link does not work. There's not even a working bergernovelties.us. You need to work with your host to:

1. Make sure the base URLs that you are wanting to use actually work.
2. Ask them why the root of .biz is wide open.
3. Have them take care of nameservers. Unless you are renting a server without maintenance, it should be their job.
4. If you want several sites to all point to one URL, that can be done AFTER getting them to actually show up.

Just a thought.... You think you could take a deep breath, put down the machine gun, and let us work at swatting the fly?

Every time you do something to a site that is not functioning correctly you only increase the functionality problem.

Why are you not loading the cart in the root?

Many other questions apply but, let's start with getting your host to do their job.
