You don't edit Zen Cart's order statuses in Super Orders. Editing Zen Cart's statuses is managed elsewhere in the admin. That said Edit orders has always included the ability to add order comments and order statuses just like default orders and Super Orders.. So like I posted previously I'm not sure what it is you are referring to.. A screenprint would help..

Ahh.. You must be using an old version of Super Orders.. V3.0 only allows you to delete hidden comments (AKA Admin comments)

I have no plans to add this feature to Edit Orders.. Perhaps someone else might take this on.. In the meantime you can easily delete comments using Super Orders.. The lastest version of Edit Orders allows you to easily navigate between Edit Orders and Super Orders..

Super Order is useless for me, i'm using only Edit Orders (with TY package Tracker), just missing this option, can you help me in any case? :P

Wish I could help.. As I said I have no plans to add this feature to Edit Orders, and I'm afraid I don't have free time to spare to look into how to add this feature to Edit Orders.. (it would be a fair amount of work) Perhaps someone else might take this on.. Or you might want to consider hiring someone to add this feature for you..

I have just installed latest Edit Order and Ty tracking and they are very useful mods. Everything works fine except when I add a new product in the Edit order.
Step 1 display the categories is okay but Step 2 display the products of the categories in other Language. It should show the english product names as I'm under the English menu ( I installed English, Traditional Chinese UTF-9 and Simplified Chinese 2312. ) Is there any place I need to set? I have attached the screen shot for reference. Pls help.

Can anyone help me with this one? I have found a workaround, where I have added another total line in underneath shipping, but this can only be temporary as I now have 2 total lines, which doesn't look too good. I have had a good search on this thread and see sanji has had the same problem, but cannot find an answer to this??

I have just installed this mod, and have tested it out on one of my orders. I changed the order total of one of the lines to 0 so it removed that line, but now it states the order total is 0.00 even though there is another line on the order??

Does anyone know where I have gone wrong? I have attached a screen shot.

hi, i apologise if I bring this old topic up. it's about Reward Point mod (by Andrew).

i have been using reward point without problem. until recently i needed to edit one customer's order, then i searched your mod.

it's stated in its readme that "Improved Integration with Reward Points module (DONE! as of v3.03)"

however I installed it and notice a few things, and i tried to search through the forum, couldn't find a thread has the solution:

1. during edit order, the reward point collected is showing 0.
2. if you revise the 0 is something other number, it will turn out with dollar $ sign

prior the release of v3.03, I saw some people also pointed that out in the thread. so i thought they were probably fixed.

please advise.

The fix to work with Reward Points was supplied by the author of that mod.. I don't use Rewards Points, and don't know how it works.. So I am afraid I cannot answer this question, and would suggest that you pose your question in the Rewards Points support thread..

Anyone else having issues when updating order_status within Edit orders?

When viewing the order as an invoice it looks good. As soon as updating the order status it changes the amounts and messes up the total?

Your issue as posted here is too vague to get any real understanding as to what is going on in your store.. It would help if you could provide a step by step of what you did when you go the result you are seeing..

When there is a discount on an order, in this case a discount coupon for free shipping, and you change order status to, lets say "delivered", the order total is totally messed up.
Total isnt correct anymore.

See below:

First order is good:

Subtotal: 139:-
Discount Coupon: Test : -69:-
Shipping: 0:-
Tax 25%: 28:-
Total: 139:-

Then changing order status:

Subtotal: 111:-
Discount Coupon: Test: -69:-
Shipping: 0:-
Tax 25%: 11:-
Total: 53:-

This is tested on several stores with same result. All running 1.3.9h.
If removing the Edit Orders module it works fine to change status on an order without messing up the total. But removing it aint no solution since we need this module and its good in all other aspects.

Edit Orders does not recalc tax. So using your numbers below:

Shipping: 0:-

The subtotal of 111 (after order is edited) is the result of the original subtotal of 139 minus the 28 tax (because edit orders doesn't recalculate tax)

However, simply changing the status of an order (vs. adding or taking away product) shouldn't produce this result.

But before we look at Edit Orders as the problem, you need to solve your first problem: the math in your original order doesn't add up.

The subtotal and total are the same and they should not be if you are subtracting 69 for the coupon and adding 28 for tax. Also, your tax numbers are wrong.

Your subtotal is 139. If you then subtract 69 for the coupon, the subtotal should then be 70. 28 percent tax on 70 is 17.50, leaving you with a total of 87.50.

You need to find out why this is calculating incorrectly first and foremost. Uninstall or disable Edit Orders and fix the problem in Zen Cart. Then re-install or re-enable Edit Orders and see if the problem still exists.

However, that discount is a coupon for free shipping so there shall be no reduced total.
So the figures/amounts is correct.
