page can not be found when clicking on checkout button

Hi we are using Zen cart 1.3.9g. a few days ago we noticed a problem with checkout button. After I select a product and place it in a shopping cart and click checkout, I get message that a page can not be found. It was functioning perfectly before. also if we go in admin>modules>shipping we only have two options "free shipping" and "flat rate", before we had USPS and UPS and some other options. If anyone has any ideas what we did wrong, please help.

What error logs do you see in the /cache directory about this error? :unsure:

freeshipper.php encountered an error on line 21 (I think)

I LOOKS LIKE I've managed to loose my shipping module or something

I forgot to mention. I did have Easy Poulate installed

Have you tried to customize the FREE SHIPPING freeshipper module in any way?

If not, load a clean copy of:
/includes/modules/shipping/freeshipper.php

to your site ...

Then try a checkout and see what errors, if anny appear in the /cache ...

NOTE: be sure to refresh the /cache in your FTP program so you see and new debug logs ...
