How to add view all button in product listing

Hi, how do I add the view all button in product listing whereby users can browse all the products in the category by clicking the View All button instead of clicking next.

Also, my product listing page only allows 12 images 4 per row
Which means only 3 columns. How can I adjust to have more products on the first page? say 6 columns?
