I saw that message in my website both in the front and admin. The I tried to fix it myself but can't solve the problem. Anyone had experience this issue pls help ! Thx

Thank you for your reply. I install the V1.3.9. So I don't upgrade anything. I try to change to the original template but the issue can not solve, don't know what happen.

I did this and received this error:

1253 COLLATION 'latin1_general_ci' is not valid for CHARACTER SET 'utf8'
in:
[CREATE TABLE counter_history_clean as SELECT * FROM counter_history WHERE 1 GROUP BY startdate COLLATE latin1_general_ci;]

Any clue how to fix it?

The database did not upgrade as I am still getting the error message of
