Anytime USD is mentioned in the PayPal modules it is there as a DEFAULT. If you configure things properly, then the actual currency will be used anytime it's appropriate.

Just cuz you see it saying "USD" doesn't mean it's always stuck on USD.

One thing don't forget to change the currency code to match your paypal account....
