Arranging Products on Homepage!

So I installed this template on my beta shop which will be live in few days.

Here is how the template should look:

but when I installed it, it looks like this:

the products are arranged in 3 columns, but when I installed it, I can only see in 1 column, can someone give a solution for that? I am pretty sure it would be very simple to do it.

Also for the footer, my previous theme had this kind of footer:

any idea how to change that too?

I did check it. All files are uploaded and none of them are 0 kb.

Is this something to do with site layout?

I wanted the products to be arranged in the same (3 column) as they have done in the sample.

Featured Products Columns per Row
