Unable to drop down Size Option Attribute

I created Small Medium Large, however my attribute isn't able to drop down

Also how can I move the Please Choose above "Ask a question about this product?"

Did it for another site works perfectly fine...

I could click on the drop down menu on 1 and cannot on the other. Is there some settings that have gone wrong? But I adjusted the same attributes to both....

What is different between the two???
