possible? don't allow Credit cards below certain order $ value

Is it possible to prevent the use of credit cards for orders below a certain$ value threshold ? For arguments sake not allowing it as a payment option for a $2.00 purchase.

You can control the $this->enabled and set it to false if the amount in the cart is too low ...

Example: in AuthorizeNet authorizenet.php you will see the line:

    $this->enabled = ((MODULE_PAYMENT_AUTHORIZENET_STATUS == 'True') ? true : false);

Below that add the test you want to use and set:
$this->enabled = false;

if it fails your test ...
