Adding unique descriptions per product

I'm sure this seems silly but I'm having problems determining where to add additional product information.

For example I want to add these titles to every product on the site, but they will have unique values that I have perceived would be added upon initial entry of each product.

Pedigree: Joe's Collection
Grade: A+

Do I just add this info in the giant Description field when entering a product or can I create entry fields someplace that would appear in the new product entry screen to be filled in?

I have spent a lot of time exploring product attributes which is what I thought I needed to use and I'm thinking that's not what I want to use in this case? I for sure understand how to create and add color and size choices now, it just doesn't apply to this site :smile:

You could use read-only attributes for this. There is also a mod in Free Addons, Product Extra Fields for text, pdf, etc. which you could use to get input fields in the admin product page. You would also have to add output fields in the product info page.
