I just got an error email from my zc with the following error code.

ALERT: PayPal Express Checkout Error ()

####- ##(35) Unknown SSL protocol error in connection to api-3t.paypal.com:443

What does this mean? Anything to worry about? Anything to fix?

Payment modules installed: express checkout and payments pro.

Ive just got this error too and thought Id search the internet to find an answer.

Never had this error code before ... do you think its a Paypal moment ?

I think Paypal had a hiccup yesterday; another person reported a communication failure to me as well. It seems ok now.

What does this mean? Anything to worry about? Anything to fix?

Just keep an eye on the news, and you'll know that the cyber attacks against Visa and Mastercard switched back to Pay Pal yesterday. I suspect that was the cause of any problems encountered.
