Default image sizes

I have read the tutorials about the image sizes.

I know how to have several images, I know where to put the small images, medium and large ones.

I have read the following tutorial:

And understand that if I have the exact image size needed it will be best for my store speed optimization (makes sense), because that way zen-cart doesn't need to resize anything.

MY QUESTION IS:

What is the default size (which won't have zen-cart need to resize) of the small images / medium in the products page.

And what is the default image size for the category images.

What is the default size (which won't have zen-cart need to resize) of the small images / medium in the products page.
They can be viewed in the admin > config > images
One can set the default to what they desire or looks best and then make your images that size
And what is the default image size for the category images.
Cat imahes by default re-size the small image as there are only 3 sizes to be drefined
All others are resized
