A template/shop as basic as you can get!

A friend of mine needs help with their site and likes the admin interface of my shop for listing products however he doesn't want online ordering - only a showcase shop where items have a phone number for ordering.

He would like to replicate the CMS part of this site - http://www.pandoradressagency.com/CMS/index.php The main site has been put together using dreamweaver or similar put the products section is using joomla/virtuamart. Now I said I had no problems with zencart and showed him my admin area and showed him how prices can be hidden etc.

Has anyone any tips for making this basic site which will have no prices, side menus etc? Is there a very basic theme? I have searched through here but can't find any complete answer.

The free templates are shown at (sorry, site offline); you can take one of the stripped-down styles there and turn off sidebars in admin. There are lots of settings to remove unnecessary functions, and others can mostly easily be commented out in files or hidden in the stylesheet. You would need some mods to have essential functions appear in the header or footer.
