Add 'More Info' link to product description on Category page

The 'More Info' link only appears if the product has attributes that have to be chosen and that link appears in the price column.

I'd like to see a link to the full product page when there are no attributes to be changed/added, encouraging the user to click for 'more info' to see the whole product description page.

Does anyone know what file would need to be edited for this?

You can change the setting in the Configuration ... Product Listing ...

Display Product Add to Cart Button (0=off; 1=on; 2=on with Qty Box per Product)
Do you want to display the Add to Cart Button?
