The defaults are in /email and are full of constants so that the correct names, order details, etc are included

Retain an original locally and play with adding the constants to yours naming it exactly as the original and test

Re: Different Email Templates for Special Needs

Thank you but how do i choose an email template to send a particular client.

For example:

When I get a new order i would like to email my supplier that we have a new order and to ship me the product. The information would be all in a template with the name lets say supplier_template. We would not want to use the templates that are already in that folder but one that we have designed.

Thanks

Re: Different Email Templates for Special Needs

If you don't specify the "module" parameter in your call to zen_mail() then it will use the default template. If you create your own special template file, named appropriately, and mention that in the zen_mail() call, then it will look for that special template to use when sending.
Or you can just send a text-only email to them, and skip using any template altogether.

Whatever file you're using to send the emails to those suppliers in your custom code.
