PayPal Standard IPN not showing up at checkout

Attached is the actual location that the Admin says the image is located, which I can find, but the production site thinks it is under images

Please ignore previous 2 posts. I resolved the problems and have the DB synced with the site. Back to initial problem of PayPal. I will keep you informed - Sailor

I want to thank everyone who assisted me, especially with the image sizes. I learned a lot. The problem was resolved when I reinstalled Zen Cart. I had a double set of tables, one the host created and one I restored from my test environment. All valid tables had a ZNC prefix to the table name (by the host install process) but my local db did not and when I used my local DB for my restore of the DB, and I copied all my local includes up to my hosting site, well you can imagine. Nothing was syncing and I was going nuts.

Maybe it's some settings you have on PayPal's Site? Have you logged into your PayPal account and checked everything there, as well?
