Disable Out Of Stock and Added On Msgs

Hi,

How does one disable the 'Out Of Stock' alert? It doesn't apply to what we do.

Also, is there a way to disable the "Product Was Added On." text @ the bottom of product info?

admin > config > stock > several options

Also, is there a way to disable the "Product Was Added On." text @ the bottom of product info?
