How do I change the order number

I just downloaded Zen Cart a few weeks ago. I have had successful web stores since 1999. I have been through 4 different shopping cart providers over the years including Microsoft Bcentral. All of them left me with allot of work to do when they quite or went out of business. I am so tired of reentering my inventories over and over again. I think Zen Cart will work out well for me in the long run, but I have allot to learn. My first question is. How do I get higher order numbers. I have sold thousands of orders online and I am at order number 4 in Zen cart. I would like the order numbers to reflect how long my business has been around. So I would like to start at 20678 or something. Thanks in advance for all of your help.
