Shipping cost in checkout totals

My shopping cart is setup with table rates for shipping. It does not display or get included in the total cost at checkout. the shippng estimator works fine.

How do I get the shippng cost to dispaly and get added to the total checkout amount.

What are the settings that you see in the Right panel for the Table Rate table shipping module?

Check your product settings as well, make sure product is not "virtual" and that normal shipping rules apply.

Look at your Zone Definition and check the DETAILS to see what you have set ...

Check that you have 'shipping' enabled under your /modules/order_total settings.
