Can I attach a PDF dynamically to the Order Confirmation email

version 1.3.9 -- no add-ons -- no customization that isn't standard or basic.

I am trying to understand if there is a way to attach the PDF associated with a product directly to the email confirmation that goes to the user.

It will be a different PDF for each product ordered.

Any assistance or direction you can provide this non-programmer type is much much appreciated!

So, you mean to say, depending on the product ordered, attach the specific product pdf in the email?

The pdf invoice 3 mod attaches pdfs dynamically.

I take it all back. It looks like this add-on just attaches a PDF of the actual invoice. We are actually needing to attach a separate PDF file of a gift certificate that has specific design and info in it (i.e., NOT using the Gift Certificates functions of the cart)

So, the invoice does not need to appear in these PDF's.

I was just wondering if there is a way to include the download PDF for a product as an attachment to the confirmation email so the user does not have to login to the cart and go to history to download the Gift Certificate PDF.

This works only with 1.3.8 and not the latest version
