CKeditor not showing up in HTML Editors list

I have setup FCKEditor on another server, on another website, and it works fine. I have tried installing both FCKEditor and CKeditor on the website storeonalake.com and they seem to go through just fine. However, they never show on the HTML Editors list.

I am running Zen Cart v 1.3.9h

I have been messing with this the last several hours and am getting plain annoyed. Any help would be appreciated.

I just thought I would add that even if I change the editor back to the standard HTML editor, that doesn't show up either.
