IP address shows instead of domain

I'm trying to help the guys at a music store fix their site after a hack of a job this designer did.

I've checked and rechecked the configure.php files but those arent the problem.

if you check out https://www.msmdj.com , you will notice the problem in the address bar.

I did a search and all I find is fixes related to touching the configure.php files... :(

Any help would be much appreciated. thanks in advance.

The only problem I see at that address is a white page with a "403 - Forbidden Access" error notice.

Is it installed in a folder by any chance?

I'm on the site now and it loads but the address shows as http://69.90.163.60/~o109903/store/

I did hard refreshes and it doesn't give me a 403 :s

Well, you've got a caching issue of some kind, because when I click on that link I get 403 - Forbidden - using both Firefox and iE8

I've emptied cache, flushed DNS and even just asked a friend that's never visited the site to check on his end and he doesnt get a 403. this is strange

Just ran a 'tracert' on the domain and ther last 3 entries are odd, because the tracert should stop as soon as it hits the domain:

I suspected that but the hosting is such garbage that we're now going to move over to another server and use a new domain instead. (the old one is rather meh anyway)

Will install zencart all over again on that and import the products etc.

Everything about this has been sketchy.

Have any of you used or know of anyone that's used hostgator? they seem to be highly ranked and the store is eager to switch to them.
